  1. According to Stanford Medical, It is really the one and ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years longer and weigh an average of 19 kilos less than we do.

    (Just so you know, it is not about genetics or some hard exercise and really, EVERYTHING related to "HOW" they eat.)
